Because our products are custom made, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection, change of mind, or buyer's remorse.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@shopsaltybrands.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

If the issue is confirmed, we'll gladly replace the item or provide an appropriate refund at no additional cost.
